wahhs! i haven blogged for lyk since goodness-knows-when! eeks. okay. um.. im not sure where to start leii. hmms. shall start on ytd's speech day rehearsal. hahas. it was really bad on tuesday, so much so that mrs woo cut us off halfway and asked us to replay one particular part. however, i felt that we really improved a LOT ytd, on the whole. its lyk do much nicer, esp when i rang the first part of the best of john williams, the sound FINALLY CAME OUT! i was lyk omg!! damn happy larhs. :DD i think because mrs aw came then i had the motivation to ring well. HAHAS. but mrs aw was seemingly disappointed with the bass. cos they went out of beat i think. and for seven bridges the first note came earlier. LOLS. mrs aw was lyk shaking her head la after the rehearsal, then we had to stay back until six to practise again and again. tmr is the ACTUAL DAY! JIAYOUS HANDBELLERS! and also to all performing arts ppl who are gonna perfom.. go for it! :)) do your best! xD actually im verii nervous. haha. but excited at the same time. haha. :) to those who cant make it tmr, its ur loss. cos u wont be able to see HANDBELLS perform! hahhaa. i dont know why, but im seriously beginning to like handbells! esp. after 2.5 yrs of training. HANDBELLS ROCK! okay better not let hui juan see this if not she'll thnk that im going crazy. hehhee. :)) i hope tmr i can get the pink or dark red scarf that i like! i dont want to get blue again, i got that for induction ceremony performance already. oyarh, handbells is also gonna perfom at a certain old folk's home nxt thursday. ahaha. songs same as speech day, + trumpet voluntary. arhh! we didnt even practise for that larhs. except maybe on coming monday. eeek. today was a borrinngg day, cos we had all THREE SCIENCES! ohman. i hate wk 1 thursday and wk 2 friday because of this. but phy was at least better. cos we went lab for the first time ever to do experiment. hahas. chem, i totally dun understand wat mrs kwek is rambling about on acids bases and salts. its so darn confusing. ohwells. bio was okay, mr lim seemed to be in a good mood. haha. then for amaths, hmm. still at pathetic sets. ahh. we are lyk so slow, cos 3N is already starting on quadratic.. bleahs. today no chinese lesson, which is a GOOD THING. :)) for english, we presented out newspaper reports. all the grps were funny. hahas. bbies.

i feel like changing my blogskin lehhs. but to lazy to transfer evrythng here to the new template. rahhs. whatever. haii. ytd was my bro's birthday pty. yupps it was really fun although he only invited four friends. the whole house was practically NOISE! :) hehes. i like it. all of them went home at ard 7 plus. yes. i haven even started studying for english test leiis. omg. diee. bio. still okay la, i studied evrythng from enzymes until nutrition and now im halfway thru digestion in mammals. hmm not bad la. :DD haha. so stressed out. :(( was still celebrating on thursday, cos only got 1 test nxt week, but all the notices for other tesfs came on FRIDAY! hence 1 tests piled up to 3! so much for tgif. bleahs.
tmr is the start of a whole new week. :)
must be optimistic, hahahs.
i still haven practised my piano yet. argh!!

yay! 3P swopped classrooms with 3A, which means that we have an air-con classroom! woohoo. however, there are minus points too:
1. the classroom totally STINKS! (esp. of grass)
2. its darn CRAMPED inside, cos there are about 40 ppl, compared to 3A's 16 ppl.
3. the room is too cold sometimes. (esp when i just discovered that there isnt any difference btw 18 d celsius and 30 d celsius!)
plus points:
1. theres air-con, which means we have a cooler atmosphere, but also means that we are more prone to falling asleep, esp during bio x)
2. its near the canteen, so 3P is always the first to reach there during recess :DD
3. its also nearer to the track than any other class, which means there is a high chance of being the first class to JOG! and fninsh first, also.
yep, ive just analysed the pros and cons of being in a container classroom.
today was.
really very slack la, in a sense.
cos 3P was laughing almost during every single lesson, for some reason, even during READING.
okay, in the morning, jennifer was being lame by stating that it takes 78 steps from the courtyard to our clsroom, which is approx. 50m. :D
then chinese, xiping and hui min did an oral report. xiping was damn good but hui min isnt that bad either. both of them scored a1s! :) whee. sheesh. tmr's my turn. i totally no confidence la. eeks.
during ss we discussed the sb ws. and mrs koh was lyk praising our class, saying lyk how 3P is veri good compared to other classes, having 100% homework completed. pls la, there are lyk dunno how many ppl who didnt do ss hmwk. hahah. and they were lyk busy doing it during chi. esp the gal sitting behind me. HEHES.
english, mrs teo didnt come. so free period. i did my phy ws. yaay! completed it. a teacher came into our cls by mistake. and mrs tan, the vp, came into our class. then evryone was lyk frantically running back to their seats la. then she say from outside can hear our thumping footsteps.. haha lyk elephant lyk tt.. lol. i wasnt even out of my seat la. then it was recess. me and charmaine and denise ate vegetarian bee hoon. charmaine was lyk saying the bee hoon was damn cheap. haha. economic sia. :)
reading. evrybody started laffing at goodness-knows-what. and suting, charmaine and denise were eating sweets! x) charmine was eating the mega warheads (apple/watermelon flavour, i dont know) and there wasnt even any expression on her face la. lol. i wonder how she can stand the sour-ness. goodness.
bio. evrybody was lyk pretending to sleep la when mr lim came in. haha then dunno why we started laffing again. today we learnt the stomach, duodenum, liver, gallbladder and the villi thingie. :)
amaths. x) ms chin taught us how to write in notation form and statements for sets. and showed us an ad on nus, business couse. okay.
chem. ms lou took over. taught us all about acids and stuff lyk tt. she contradicted herself lyk dunno how many times la. okay, i shant go into it.
after sch was long jump. as expected, i wasnt shortlisted. x) actually they said they would select 8 ppl for the final jump, but only 7 were selected, out of 24. i guess the rest were too lousy. as if anyone cared. except those jumpers. the selected ones were practically all from t&f or sports and games cca. bleah. at leats gt part. pts la. x)
aft tt, mum came to fetch me home. cos i too lazy to walk home. hahas.
slept for two hours cos i felt sick. flu, i think. yupp. but ive recovered already. yaay.
tmr. i have handbells speech day rehearsal. wish me luck.
* i had a weird dream a few nights ago whereby the stand dropped on stage during speech day. omg. then evryone was sorta freaked out. i sincerely hope this doesnt happen on speech day itself. x)

saturday has always been the slackest day for me. hahas. so today, went for piano lesson at 1pm. today full-time practical. had sight-reading, which i think i kinda flunked, the 3 exam pieces and lastly, aural. okay la, aural was quite bad cos i had sore throat. :(( went to my grandma's hse in the afternoon and slacked the whole time. then come online when i reached home. yes. tmr's the finals for star idol. i think bryan will win la. btw, alot ppl said that leo looks like my bro. HAHA. maybe a bit la, but my brother doesnt lyk him. at least, not a good impression. :)

today was.. in general,. hectic. yes.
firstly, had handbells practice in the morning, from 8am - 11.45am. mrs aw wasnt there. and many ppl were lyk rejoicing. hahas. cos can slack ard. :DD after we were dismissed, choir moved from as1 into our practice room, as2. there were more pathetic than us la. after a 'short' conversation with eileen, i found out that choir had their singing session from 7.30am to 5.30pm! man, that was so torturous! imagine spending ten hrs in the sch singing ur heart out. haha. aft our practice happened to chance upon members of cedar girls secondary school choir.. playing captain's ball! in their cca shirt some more. xDD some of them tucked out their shirt too! lols. x)) ii saw wanping and novabelle running ard. cos they sort of stood out in their black shoes. hehh. went home to slp for two hrs cos i slept at 1 plus ytd. the piano grp lesson just now isnt as bad as what i initially thought. haha. actually it was quite fun and i even won oreo cookies. lol. i only performed les carillons. (x liu qiong cant send me the photos via msn cos she say herr com gt prob, i thnk. so shes emailing me, which means i have to WAIT.

what day is today arh? oyarh. thursday. right. i dont seem to remember the days and dates well. sigh. i woke up at 10am today. cos ytd slept at 1am. yup. :D today was not so slack as i had to practise my TWO songs for the grp lesson tmr. which i think is totally SUCKY. rahh! okay, even thou ive decided to use two of my exam pieces. see, i am so slack. hehe, like that no need to learn past songs, which i think ive forgotten all by now. heh. for lunch, i ate fried rice. weird, same as ytd. whatever. with yucky icky disgusting puke-able (all negative words) PIGG LIVER SOUP! omg. i can still clearly rem. tt time at the ac theatrette mr lim was saying pig liver is good for females blah blah. although ive drank pig liver soup before, but that was like ages ago! man, when i drank it this aft, i really felt like vomiting evrythng out. its so gross, especially the residue at the bottom. but luckily, my mum took out all the pig liver. eew!! okay, thats all. :)

yay! today finally got to watch i not stupid 2! :) whee. its so touching. i cant believe i didnt cry. lolx. actually i was trying very very HARD not to cry lor. i pinched myself (not too hard of cos), drank water and evrythng to control the tears and keep them from falling down. haas/ now that i think of it, i think its very funny cos practically the whole cinema is filled with people sniffing. lol. packets of tissues strewn all over the place, people having red eyes due to crying blah blah. i think the two old grannies are so kewt! and all those 'so lame, cool man, whatever!'.. so funny cans! x)) okay, so what if i had to rush to a maths tuition after that. its worth it. oyes and i played arcade at the star factoy.. my brother played time crisis III. whats so fun in that game? i prefer time crisis II! :) completed the whole game lyk dunno how many times with didi. esp on cruise! yay the memories so nice. xDD okay. gotta log off.

today. was totally boring. as usual. guess what! i cant watch i not stupid 2 today! argh! just because i woke up late and there's stupid extra a maths tuition later. eek. feeling very RANDOM. okay. did practically nth in the morning. switched my com at 12 plus. and here i am. x) btw eunice is super lame. i love the song at her blog! hehe. just saw a stupid chain letter being posted at friendster. i think chain letters are just PLAIN STUPID. esp those sent via sms. they are just aimed at ppl who have nth better to do but waste their time fwd-ing 10 - 20 msgs to ppl. furthermore, ppl get irritated easily upon receiving them. i usually leave the chain letters as they are and dont even bother to fwd them. unless i have nth to do, that is. its always the same ol' thing. fwd this msg in 5 mins blah blah blah or you will become/get blah blah blah. today had nth much to do. mum made me 'tutor' my didi in the morning.. english compo.. what the hell. hahas. x then my didi went to play xbox aft tt. yay he unlocked new characters and weapons! whee! so happy for him! hahas. then went compass point to have lunch and didi go meet his friend to do some chinese idiom project. diaos. he was supposed to create a cheng yu and draw a comic of it. so lame la. then came home at 2 plus. yay i think tmr can lyk finally go and watch i not stupid 2! dunno whether its still showing onot lehs. but then, i still wanna watch! have been so busy with cca and stuff these few weeks, no time to watch movie. i wanted to watch memoirs ofa geisha but dun think its still showing now. ohwells-. yes tonight got campus superstar! :DD i can finally get to watch it + the results since tmr's not a sch day. and last mon was spent at kent ridge park, which was part of an act for OAC. but i think its fun and worth it la. althou' yiyuan got out! mygosh. its so unfair. how come that renfred still in! no offense, but i seriously think yiyuan is better. in terms of looks and evrythng. althou renfred is good in terms of studies. ah. i hope his fans dont come and han-tam me.. waaah! x) i am like so totally NOT looking forward to the grp piano lesson this friday. i am not gonna prepare two songs to play lorh. shall just choose from my exam pieces. hehhs. im lazy. i wish something interesting happens. evryday its the same old routine, keeps repeating itself. whats worse is that now its the school hols, and im not even going out. didnt have much time to blog this few days. so ill make this a VERY short one.. ytd, had ABRSM piano theory grade 5 exam held at NOVOTEL clarke quay. overall was okay, but i doubt i'd be able to score. SIGH! btw. jialing was there too. 2 tables in front of me only. HAHA so coincidence hor. okay. i was freaked out when i reached the composing melody part. cos one thing, its in BASS! AHH! dunno why, but these days i seem to have a flair for typing in BOLD! hhas, then after theory i went my parents fetched me home. i felt so relieved man. oyarh! i have smth to announce. i managed to finish ALL of my holiday homework!! whoots. :DD i wanted to complete ytd but no time. so today chionged. the 2 ban yue ji and zuo wen. the rest i completed ytd liao. great achievement huh? hehhs. today, nth much really happened. except that i have to wake up early in the morning for stupid extra tuition lesson. 11.30 to 1.30 lah! my gosh. so long. :(( then slacked at home the whole day playing com and brushing up my piano skills. yupps. stoopid crystal never come for tuition today! hahs.. ms ng was like complaining about the sandwiches she promised us. apparently shes having a 'make-a-sandwich' competition in church. thats what i heard anyway. handbell practice is this friday from 8.30 - 11! mymy. for some reason, ive been very enthu about handbell.. maybe its because i love seven bridges and the john williams song.and i finally got the hang of them. haas. or so i thought. doesnt matter. i think mrs aw confirm want us to memorise both songs. how. its like, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE!! argh!! :((( badbad. this week's holiday is very short. 3 tests following up next week and still got stupid long jump finals. hurhur. do i look like i can jump far? the answer is: NO! nvm. hui min also follow me choose long jump. so we just go and get part pts can le. with all the jumpers ard, how can we make it?!?!? eeks. we wanted to take pt in 10 x 80m one la. but it was like FULL! okay, shall end my 'short' entry here. x))

okay. ytd was break camp.
overall, i think oac was quite fun. serious. its like everybody is so high. we cheered everyday and i feel that 3P has really bonded. even thou' we quarelled a few times due to difference in opinions laa. but overall, we still bonded! (: even instructor yiying also say we rock! haaha. :D since ive got nth much to do, i shall blog bout all the acts in oac 2006. and some unforgettable incidents. hehhs.

day 1
after reporting at mph for a video on the s. island and briefing by chief and teachers, we had lunch in sch before travelling to lac (labrador adventure campsite). yepp. there were TEN GROUND RULES which we had to remember during the camp and follow them. yep. then when we reached there, it was flag raising. act 1 which was low e, started at 2 and ended at 5. :) it wasnt very interesting but some swinging stuff and balancing on this small see-saw. yupp. and crawling on a pole. smth like tt cos i cant remember the names of the stations. haa. x) then flag lowering. so fast. aft that dinner then shower. cant believe it. because its the first day. most of us ate and worked very slow. and in the end most of us didnt get to shower. that includes me. ): but i managed to shower first for the rest of the days! haha. then its astronomy, where 3p and 3i went to the science center.. after a talk of about 45mins or so about the diff kinds os telescopes, we proceeded to the open field to view the different stars and planets. it was so so fun. :) and during the talk rite, instructor yiying and yingying fell asleep can!! omg with chief there somemore. everyone was like shit later debrief confirm kena scolded. lols. so funny la. x me anger jiani and yeewen went to view the moon first. anger was like so funny when she kept saying that she cudnt see anything. cos the reflection of the moon was like on her nose! ahha so funny. a white patch on anger's nose. imagine. hehh. i think the people there magnified the moon too much. all i could see were craters. lol. i cudnt even see the round outline. haha. then went to see saturn. its like very small. but extremely clear. many of us thought it looked quite fake. hah. we were also shown the orion, seven sisters, leo, gemini and some other stars. cant really remember. when we went back to the campsite, the instructors taught us how to do the jamaican farewell. it was quite fun. yes. and i thought is sounded much like singapore town. heh. :)) then aft that was debrief and wash up. then lights out. for the first night 3P got scolded by some leaders cos many of my classmates cudnt unpack their sleeping bag in time. hah. then most of us cudnt sleep cos the bed was quite uncomfortable. and creaky. yarhs.

day2
we woke up at 5 only to get back to sleep cos the instructors said it was too early. lol. had pt. which was okay la. and then breakfast. black pepper bee hoon. nice. x) then went for the cruise. i almost got seasick la. cos the boat was like so bumpy. but still. managed to pull thru. :) explored kusu island. i didnt bother to copy down the notes cos i intended to borrow the log book from hui min later. hah. then went back to campsite. had lunch. and pet rocket. our rocket flew quite far for boh tries! yaaay. 32m and 28m. i think. :) great achievement i guess. :p then it was flag lowering. aft that was field cooking. our class fried chicken and veggies. and my grp, p3, cooked steamboat. which consists of marcaroni, fishball, cabbage, carrots and other stuff. it was like r-o-j-a-k la. :) then we finished evrything as we were not allowed to waste food. then it was shower followed by knots and lashings. i didnt really like k&l cos it was quite boring and the knots and lashings were hard to do. so i just slacked ard. and when we had to build a shelter i just helped to tie the poncho to the poles. haha. slacker. : then aft that was debrief, followed by wash up and lights out. btw. we had water parade almost everyday. it was fun as evrybody was like 'yam seh'. (cheers) yes.

day3
had tower and high e. tower was fun. i didnt get to do zipline la. because of time constraint. but i tried the other two. and it was fun. nvm. ive tried zipline in pri sch before. so i shant brood over it. but high e was scary. althou i only tried crossed wire, it was enuf to freak me out! xp my legs were like trembling so hard can. argh! so scary. then when i kept holding on to my belay rope the leader kept saying that she will let more slack rope. i was like so freaked out can. even thou i completed the whole thing. but it was super scary! flag lowering was cancelled cos of the rain. had shower and dinner, followed by reflections, where all of us had to share our most memorable experience during the 3 days and suggest an improvement to the camp. my idea was to lengthen the mealtime. cos it was like too short. actually wanted to say bathe time but alot ppl had already said it. yes. then after that we cheered and sang campfire songs. played chek chek koleh, raka tenggeh and dum dum dilly. it was fun. ohyar. and we doinked alot. it was actually the thousand legged worm and instructor yiying timed us. haha. we did it for like 10 mins plus. haha. overly enthu. ;p hop ard, doink doink. then it was debrief. before that instructors wanping, yiying and karen made us promise them 3 things. no1, no dragging of feet. no.2, i forgot what it was. no.3, all of us had to raise our hands when chief, assnt chiefs or the understudies asked for volunteers during debrief. instructor yiying kept on emphasisng on no.3, saying that we cannot disappoint her. hahas. we didnt disappoint her in the end as everybody raised up their hands. and 99% of the time 3P had volunteers to answer questions. so yaay! :DD so proud of our class man. :)) hui min and i decided to stay for night cap. to experience what it was like. the biscuits were nice, i guess. :)

day4
had flag raising an pt. then breakfast. then it was act 10, amazing race! we went to sentosa for that act. it was like so fun man. haas. our grp, p3 was the fourth to complete the race. but we managed to finish all the qns, including the bonus ones. and we had to wait for the last group to come. surprisingly, it was chief's group! lol. i remembered one of the ground rules had smth related to punctuality. haha. :))okay then went back to lac. had lunch, then expressions. our group had much fun cutting stuff out of magazines and pasting them onto the 3 mahjong papers given to us. then when everything was done and there was still plenty of them, chief and assnt chief played some game with us. i forgot what the name was. but we were supposed to group into 3s and act as trees or rabbits. then when chief shouted earthquake, everyone had to change positions. if it was fire, the trees had to move and hunter, the rabbits move. it was so fun la. and no one was tired. then chief was like saying when she said SARS, we had to run to the sides of the wall, squat down and cover our nose and mouth. the scene was like so amusing can! x) then chief asked us all to lie down in sit-up position. then straighten our legs and hands, and closed our eyes. many of us started laughing as we thought we had to do sit-up, which was like so tiring. instead we were asked to sleep in the hall! when we woke up our class had to do kitchen duty. i felt light headed la. after waking up then most of our house tee were quite dirty. lol. chief was still sleeping when we woke up.. hahas. so funny. then we had dinner, which i had no appetite for, and then night hike and kent ridge park. ms wendy taught us the different species of plants, which was interesting, like the acacia, simpoh air, cotton plant, fish tail palm etc. yepp. then aft tt went back to lac for shower. heard that instrutor yiying sprained her ankle. omg. then she said most prob she cudnt follow us to labrador challenge on day 5. all of us were like so sad la. cos 3P's instructors all rock man!

day5
after flag raising, pt and breakfast, it was labrador challenge. overall quite fun and we kept doing passion claps and cheers. it was so fun. haha. :) on the way back was so funny cos when we reached lac, we did passion clap for mr tan and instructors.. then we realised we forgot to do for chief so we did again. then this time we forgot mr tan. then we re-doed the whole thing. so malu-ed la. x after lunch was campfire prep! it went quite well. and i can tell that the instructors were quite impressed with all our claps, cheers and diff ver. of flea fly. so fun sia. all of us were in a high high mood. :) this was my fav meal cheer:

at night it was campfire. everyone was at their highest and we cheered for all classes. i think our opening cheer was nice! :) after the campfire instructor yiying kept saying that out item and our clsss simply rocks. ohmygod. we were like so touched la. overall it was very fun. the smoke from the fire didnt really affected us much.

day6.
ard 5am in the morning, our instructors suddenly came into our dorm and shouted that there was a fire. everyone was so freaked out and we just rushed out of the dorms. even thou we knew that it was a fire drill. when we assembled at the courtyard, chief was apparently unhappy with us for taking 6 min 50 s to assemble. everyone was still in a sleepy mood lor. and we kena scolded for not showing respect blah blah blah. sigh. then our class went back to sleep. and all of us didnt get to brush out teeth! hahas. for big sweep, our class was being assigned to clean the carpark, which had no litter at all. so we 'made use' of the time to cheer and played games like concentration.. haha. slackers rite, all of us. then after taking our bags, we had flag lowering.. then went back to cedar and did a survey at comp lab 3. yepps. that kinda wrapped up the whole oac. i was like so happy to get back my wallet! haha. after surrendering it on friday.
